We are seeing a LOT of infected systems coming in this week infected with a particularly nasty rootkit called ZeroAccess. This has been particularly hard to remove and many systems are having to be wiped and Windows reinstalled. So PLEASE make sure you keep Windows, Adobe Flash, Adobe Reader, and Oracle Java updated when asked! Running an online scan like Secunia’s OSI (Google it) can also help you keep things up to date.
