We've been inundated with computers and support calls from clients that can no longer access the Internet on Windows 10. This was apparently caused by a recent Windows Update. Microsoft is working on a fix, but there is not estimated fix date. If your computer suddenly drops offline, we can help with some temporary workarounds until the broken update is fixed by Microsoft.
