Once your payment is received you will receive an email within 48 hours with a link to download the My ITXpert software (it's called Soluto). Download and install the application. Once you do, you'll be linked into our management system and you'll soon see notifications as we clean up and tune up your system.
With the My ITXpert Pro service, our technicians will remotely monitor the health of your PC, keep the software up to date, ensure proper security settings, and heal common application crashes or hangs. This service is for ONE PC only. Additional PCs will require the purchase of an additional plan. Once payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to download a small software client that allows us to remotely maintain your computer.
The My ITXpert Annual Service will bill your credit card every 12 months until your service is canceled. We use PayPal for our subscriptions, but you can use any major credit/debit card. If you'd rather not use PayPal, call us at 336-525-5005 and we can setup the subscription manually for you.
