Google continues to help users secure their online accounts and data. With the support of Universal 2nd Factor (U2F), you can now lock down your Google account with a secure USB key. Even with normal Two Factor Authentication where you enter a code from your phone, you're vulnerable to phishing attacks (entering your credentials on a rogue site that looks like Google – which then logs into your account immediately). U2F ensures the login page you're using is real. Yahoo users should use their 'Login Shield' feature where you upload a picture that is always displayed on Yahoo's login page for you. If the picture isn't there – you know you're on a phishing site. Looking for help in securing your online accounts and identity? Give us a call!
