Our Intro to Windows 8 class is ideal for anyone who has purchased or is considering purchasing a desktop, laptop, or tablet running Windows 8 or Windows RT. We’ll cover all that has changed and all that has remained the same, including:

• The differences between Windows 8 and Windows RT
• The Windows 8 Start Menu – Interactive Tiles
• The ‘Metro’ Interface and Apps along with the App Store
• Charms – The new way to control and configure your PC
• Gestures – even if you don’t have a touch screen, there are mouse gestures
• Discovering Windows 8 is really Windows 7 with pretty tiles
• Recovering the Desktop Start Menu
